Known as the "butterfly capital of the world", Coconut Creek is a city in Broward County, in South Florida, nestled between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. It is home to the world's largest butterfly aviary, Butterfly World; with over 80 species and 5,000 individual butterflies. Coconut Creek is also the first in the State of Florida and eleventh in the country to be certified as a Community Wildlife Habitat.
